Blade Lifting and Logistics Invests in Böcker Truck Cranes
Blade Lifting and Logistics Ltd have agreed a multi-unit purchase order with Böcker UK and have now taken delivery of their first truck crane, the Böcker AK 48. Providing outstanding speed and state of the art control technology, the AK 48 lifts payloads of up to 3 t (opt. 6 t) and offers an extension length up to 49 m. The powerful hydraulic system guarantees rapid assembly, a hook speed of 60 m/min, and a high working speed.
Ross Wickens, Managing Director of Blade Lifting and Logistics, highlights why Böcker cranes are the perfect addition to the company’s growing fleet: “With a passion for service excellence, it is vital that Blade Lifting and Logistics equipment consistently delivers in-line with expectations. Having researched the market, we quickly identified Böcker as a leader in this product category. Following our visit to their production facility Böcker Maschinenwerke GmbH in Germany, and meeting the people behind the business, it was clear our visions were aligned from the start. Safety, efficiency, and reliability are crucial for our lifting operations, so we are delighted to introduce Böcker into the Blade Lifting and Logistics fleet of equipment. We would also like to offer our sincere thanks to Jake M. of Böcker UK Ltd for his support and facilitating the deal. With further deliveries scheduled for 2026 and 2027, we look forward to providing our clients with safe, efficient, cost-effective lifting solutions throughout the UK utilising Böcker cranes.”
